Offas Dyke 100k Walking Challenge 

In partnership with the Merseyside Probation Trust our staff  is helping to guide a team of offenders on the Offa's Dyke 100k Challenge.

This is a tough test for the participants and will help them to challenge their energy in a positive way and hopefully change their behaviour patterns after the event.

Training days are planned beforehand so that the group can see what they are letting themselves in for!

This also enables them to build up stamina and endurance for the challenge.

We will keep you posted on how they got on after the event which takes place in late September.
